The Community Development Assistance Society (SADC) is a non-profit organization established in the region since 1988.
The SADC’s mandate is to promote the economic development of the Côte-Nord by providing technical and financial resources to support promoters in the realization of business or local development projects.
The SADC supports and finances the development of businesses in the region. It offers support services to entrepreneurs and has several financial aid programs aimed at promoting the creation and maintenance of jobs through start-up, modernization, expansion, and entrepreneurial succession projects. The SADC also offers non-repayable financial contributions for local development initiatives in four MRCs of the Côte-Nord (Sept-Rivières, Minganie, Basse-Côte-Nord, and Caniapiscau) related to its development niches.

Its Vision: “To become a reference in regional development and sustainable economic diversification within the businesses and communities of the Côte-Nord”
